All orders MUST be placed online first & your pick-up date must be coordinated by following the instructions below.  

Please text (305) 814-7280 with your order number to schedule which weekday you'd like to pick up.  

Please note that while we do our best to accommodate walk ins, the only way to ensure all the products you'd like are available, is by placing your order online prior to coming by.

SHIPPING ORDERS

We ship all of our products via FedEX Home Delivery or Select Air services (depends which option you select at check out) to most of the 51 states.  We ask that all shipping orders be submitted 7 days in advance. All items are shipped frozen and include our insulated boxes with dry ice and ice packs to preserve freshness.  Items are NOT guaranteed to arrive frozen. 

LOCAL DELIVERY

We offer local delivery for customers within a 25 mile radius.  There is a $25 flat-rate fee for local delivery.  Once you place your order with the local delivery option, someone from our team will contact you to coordinate.  Please ensure you provide the best number to reach you for your delivery. 

RETURN POLICY

Due to the perishable nature of our product, Raw Feeding Miami does NOT offer any refunds or exchanges once an item is purchased. You must purchase at your own risk.
