Dosage
Humans:
Take 2 capsules once daily, in the morning, 30 minutes before food.
If tolerated well, can increase to 2 capsules twice daily, 30 minutes before food.
Pets:
10lbs or less - 1/4 capsule daily.
11lbs to 15 lbs - 1/2 capsule daily.
16 to 25 pounds - 1 capsule daily.
Over 25 pounds - 2 capsules daily.
For optimum bio-availability and assimilation administer 20-30 minutes before food.
